Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card (MasterCard, Visa and more) through Paypal. We can also invoice with bank account details.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide, using tracked express courier and tracked economy courier.
How do I track the progress of my order?
Once you've purchased a Blacklight shade, you should receive an email to confirm your order, and another email with all your tracking details. If you haven't received any emails, or if you have any other queries about where your product is, contact us and we'll take a look for you.
Products
What does my light shade come with?
The shades are designed for an existing pendant light fitting. A metal ring is supplied for the shade to sit on. Instructions will be sent for installation.
What is the maximum bulb I can use?
We recommend LED bulbs, with the cooler temperature. You can go as bright as you require.
Paper options
What are the paper differences?
We offer two paper options. One a matt texture, artists paper. The other a synthetic paper called PU. It is more durable and able to be cleaned/wiped, perfect for pesky fly spots.
I want to place a large order. Can I get a discount?
Yes, we offer bulk discounts on some of our products when used for commercial fit-outs and orders of more than ten units. Simply get in touch to find out about a particular shade.
Do you have a returns and exchanges policy?
Yes! Feel free to contact us with any questions. Please note: unless the product is faulty, the return shipping charges are your responsibility.
